Tip of the Day window

Introduction

The "Tip of the Day" window shows you useful information on how to best use TimeTraces. This window will show you a new tip each time you start TimeTraces, but you can of course also browse through the tips yourself via the "Previous" and "Next" buttons.

How to access this window

The "Tip of the Day" window can be accessed via the "Help \ Tip of the Day..." menu item in the main window.

Available options

Hyperlink "More information...": Opens the help page with more information on the shown tip.
Check box "Show tips at startup" Key combination "Alt + S": Whether TimeTraces shows a tip of the day when you start up TimeTraces. You can disable this option here, but you can also enable and disable this option in the Settings window.
Button "Previous" Key combination "Alt + P": Shows the previous tip.
Button "Next" Key combination "Alt + N": Shows the next tip.
Button "Close" Key "Escape" Key combination "Alt + C": Close this window.
