All the activities and the time you will register on them will be organized in projects. You can give a TimeTraces project a distinct name that will be used by TimeTraces to identify your project. The project name does not have to be the same as the file name of the project. Each project is stored in a separate file.
The project also contains an activity structure and a list of time traces. The activity structure can be changed in the "Manage activities" window, which you can access via the menu item "Activities \ Manage activities...". The list of time traces that you will gradually create under the project can be examined and managed via the "Manage time traces" window. You can access this window via the menu item "Time \ Manage time traces...".
These project details can also be managed via the "Project properties" window, which you can access via the menu item "Project \ Properties...". When you create a new project (via the menu item "Project \ New..."), the "Project properties" window will also be opened so you can set up your new project.
